When looking for an apartment, you have to be sure you’re well acquainted with your needs to get the most out of your money. You may be faced with dozens of choices during your search: one bedroom or studio, month-to-month or long-term lease, rent or own, furnished or unfurnished? What you choose on each of those fronts will determine several things, including how much your new apartment will cost you in both short-term and long-term aspects.
Fully furnished rentals can offer both immediate and long-term financial benefits. When you move into your apartment, you won’t have to worry about paying for furniture or a moving truck. You can also save money in the long run, as you won’t have to pay for repairs or replacements when the furniture malfunctions.
What You Can Expect from a Fully Furnished Rental at Holiday Royale?
Holiday Royale offers fully furnished apartments in Las Vegas. Here’s what furniture you can expect from our units:
The Living Room
The living room will have a couch, an end table, a coffee table, and lamps. You may also get a chair, a bookshelf, a TV, and a stereo system in your unit, if available.
While smaller bedrooms may come with a bed, a lamp and nightstand only, full-sized bedrooms in our fully furnished rentals have a chest of drawers and a standing closet for your clothes. For a nominal monthly fee, you can also rent our linens: comforter, pillows and sheet sets.
The kitchen may not require as much furnishing as the living room, but it remains the most important room of any house, as lack of a simple appliance can prove extremely inconvenient. Your kitchen is a lot more than just the place where you keep your cereals and brew your coffee. It is the place where your day starts and ends, regardless of whether you are in the apartment temporarily or on a long-term basis.
In our fully furnished apartments, the kitchens have basic necessities and a range of additional appliances, such as cookware and electronics. Electronics may include a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a blender. Cookware should include a knife set and cutting board, measuring spoons/cups, can and bottle openers, dishes, and a salt and pepper shaker.
Besides the essentials, i.e. a sink, shower and/or tub, and a toilet, there is not much to expect in the bathroom of a furnished apartment that you wouldn’t get in an unfurnished apartment. You will, however, be provided with a shower curtain, a bath mat, a set of towels, and basic accessories such as a wastebasket, a soap dispenser, a tissue holder, and a toothbrush holder.
